H.E. Margit Szűcs, permanent representative of Hungary to the UN and other International Organizations presented her credentials to DG UNOG Tatiana Valovaya

They agreed that the effective functioning of the Human Rights Council is of high importance and it will remain a priority during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Hungary also pays special attention to the ongoing work at the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva.

The Ambassador handed over H.E. Péter Szijjártó’s letter of invitation to the Planet Budapest 2021 Sustainability Expo and Summit, to be organized in Budapest, Hungary. The Planet Budapest 2021 will be the largest event in Central Europe discussing the future of the world and sustainability while offering a wide range of innovative and pragmatic solutions.
